My 28-day plan.Twenty Eight Day.



Today is my 28th day for my meal plan.Just the same ,I drank Energen cereal for breakfast.For lunch,I ate rice moderately with chicken.Then I cooked oatmeal for my snacks. Night time came, I had chicken again with rice.

From day One until this day,I lost 8 kilos. From 62 kilos ,I only weigh 54 kilos.I feel good and feel better.I plan to continue of maintaining my weight and be conscious of what I eat,not only to lose weight but also to guard my health.

My 28-day plan.Twenty Seventh Day.

For breakfast ,I just had.Taho. Then lunch ,I ate rice with chicken adobo. For snack,oatmeal and banana.I just had Energen for dinner.

My 28-day plan diet-Twenty Sixth Day.

During breakfast,I just had Energen cereal drink. Lunch time came,I ate cream soup,spaghetti and and mango pie. During snack time,I just had a Korean biscuit and water.For dinner,just four siomai,tofu with pork and water.I also had a cup of coffee.

My 28-day plan.Twenty Fifth Day.


Again,for breakfast,I consumed Energen cereal drink.During my lunch,I cooked sliced pork with a piece of banana and just a glass of water. During snack time,I had oatmeal and just water for a drink. Night time came,I had two hotdogs, two longganisa with slice of wheat bread.Banana for my dessert. And a cup of coffee.

My 28-day plan diet.Twenty Fourth Day

Today,I took Energen cereal drink for breakfast and a piece of banana. I cooked and ate sliced pork with a slice of wheat bread for lunch.Again,I had a banana with a glass of juice for lunch.During my snack time, I just had a glass of juice.My dinner was three pieces of sliced chicken and a piece of banana.
I had my cheat meal,I ate some chips and ate some sweets. ( peanut cake).
From the day I started to have planned meals, I started to lose 8.8 pounds.( almost 9 pounds)From 136 lbs .to 127 lbs. I am glad that many people noticed of my weight loss without telling them.( of doing meal plan to lose weight). I also practice some basic crunches to make my tummy and abdomen smaller.

My 28-day plan diet.Twenty Third day.

During breakfast,I took Energen with a banana.During lunch,I had fried chicken with four tablespoon of rice.I went out and eat squid ball and gulaman with my kids. During dinner,I just had Energen cereal drink.

My 28-day plan diet.Twenty Second day.

I had Energen for breakfast. During lunch time,I had a plate of spaghetti.In the afternoon,again ,I ehad Energen and some scoops of ice cream ( My lola's birthday today).At night,I ate spaghetti again with 3-pieces of chicken and a slice of cake.
