My 28-day plan diet.Twenty first day.

For breakfast,I took Energen cereal drink. During lunch time,I had four tablespoon rice ,scramble egg and tuna. I went to Mexicalli for snack with iced tea drink.During dinner,I just had Energen,tuna and wheat bread.

My 28-day plan diet- Twentieth Day.

I had Energen cereal drink for breakfast.I took rice and two-pieces of chicken during lunch time.In the afternoon, I had taken Energen. I went out to do some business,I ate two egg pies and iced tea in Goldilocks for my snacks.Then night came,I had taken half rice,one piece chicken,2 wheat bread with sardines.

I have checked on my weight,I lost four kilos from day one.Many have noticed that my belly became flat than before.I am hoping to lose more kilos in the coming days.

My 28-day plan diet.Nineteenth Day.

Today,I tried the Energen cereal drink for breakfast.I had lsiced of pork and a glass of juice for lunch, During snack time.I went out to eat in Pizza hut ,of course,pizza and a glass of iced tea. Tonight, I just had Energen cereal drink,a cup of soup and a piece of banana.

My 28-day plan diet.Eighteenth Day.

For breakfast, I consumed Nesvita cereal drink.During lunch, I had chicken and sliced pork and just had four tablespoon rice.I ate two bananas. For my snack,I ate a Japanese biscuit ,with less sugar content.And a bowl of oatmeal. At night,I took tuna,slices of bread and a glass of water.

My 28-day plan diet.Seventeenth Day

I am having fiber food. I took Nesvita cereal drink for breakfast. Four tablespoon rice and a piece of fried fish for lunch.For my snack,I had a bowl of oatmeal. Dinner time came, I ate pieces of sliced pork,sliced schicken and brocolli.I also ate fish. Then ,I had a glass of water and a cup of coffee.

Four of my friends noticed my weight loss.I had trimmed a bit especially fats on my tummy.I feel lighter now and can fit on my old jeans.

My 28-day plan diet.Sixteenth Day.

For breakfast, I ate donut and a cup of coffee.I ate Takoyaki for lunch with cola drink.In the afternoon, I had ramen and a bottle of water.I did not take anything except coffee during dinner time.

My 28-day plan diet.Fifteenth Day.

Again,I took a donut and a cup of coffee for breakfast. During lunch, I ate soup,a piece of donut again and a glass of cola.During dinner time, I had four tablespoon of rice,a piece of chicken and a glass of cola.
