My 28-day plan diet.Eighteenth Day.

For breakfast, I consumed Nesvita cereal drink.During lunch, I had chicken and sliced pork and just had four tablespoon rice.I ate two bananas. For my snack,I ate a Japanese biscuit ,with less sugar content.And a bowl of oatmeal. At night,I took tuna,slices of bread and a glass of water.
