My 28-day plan diet. Fourth day.

Few days had passed,this is my fourth day.I ate a piece of banana and drank slim-fast shake for breakfast. During lunch time,My aunt who cooks everyday made a pakbet.I picked the vegetables from it and ate small portions of cut pork.Just a glass of water as my drink.I went out and bought siomai and C2 drink. I shared the ensaymada with my daughter who was with me then. We went home late. I ate some fried pork and prepared a glass of iced tea.Again,I took no rice for the whole day.
