My 28-day plan diet. Second day.


Second day came. I forgot the diet plan,I took coffee instead of slim-fast shake and a piece of banana.But browsing the calorie count.it doesn't hurt for I have consumed a lesser count of calories than my first day diet plan. During lunch,I made my own recipe of mixed vegetables and a glass of iced tea. During snack time,again ,I drank slim fast shake and a piece of Skyflakes cracker. I came home late,I just decide to buy a full meal of a piece of chicken in Jollibee.
