My 28-day plan diet.Ninth day.

For breakfast,I tried a bowl of oatmeal.Just glass of water for a drink. Lunch time came,I tried to eat rice of about four tablespoon.Three shrimps and a fish with three cubes of tofu.Again,just water to drink during this time.During snack time,three crackers of skyflakes and a glass of slim-fast shake. I went out to buy fruits,I ended up eating a full meal in Jollibee,a piece of chicken and rice with a creamy soup.Today is approximately 900 calories.
