My 28-day plan diet.Fourteenth Day.




In the morning,I just took ''ramen'' ( soup) from Mister Donut ,a piece of apple made donut and a glass of cola. For lunch,I ate Japanese '' Takoyaki'' and green tea for my drink.Again , in the afternoon,still, I ate Takoyaki and a glass of water. Dinner time,I had a can if tuna,rice and iced tea.
