My 28-day plan diet- Twentieth Day.

I had Energen cereal drink for breakfast.I took rice and two-pieces of chicken during lunch time.In the afternoon, I had taken Energen. I went out to do some business,I ate two egg pies and iced tea in Goldilocks for my snacks.Then night came,I had taken half rice,one piece chicken,2 wheat bread with sardines.

I have checked on my weight,I lost four kilos from day one.Many have noticed that my belly became flat than before.I am hoping to lose more kilos in the coming days.
