My 28-day plan diet.Thirteenth Day.

In the morning,I took Nesvita cereal drink as breakfast. During lunch time,I ate two pieces of chicken wings.In the afternoon, I had Nesvita,and a sundae from Jollibee fast food.Dinner time came,I had two wings part of a chicken,four tablespoon rice .A glass of water and also coffee.
