My 28-day plan diet.Twelveth Day.

I had a slim-fast shake drink during breakfast. At lunch time, I had nilaga soup,four tablespoon rice and just a glass of water. I started to eat fiber food during snack time,I cooked oatmeal. Still,just a glass of water for my drink. Night time came, I ate a piece of pizza and a glass of coke.
