My 28-day plan diet. Seventh day.


Today is the seventh day of my program. For breakfast ,I ate banana and took slim fast shake again. Lunch time came,I had slices of pork and with some salt and pepper and soy sauce,on top,I added a sunny side up egg ,with a cup of ''siningang'' soup,banana for my dessert and a glass of orange juice. In the afternoon,I had skyflakes and a glass of slim-fast shake. Dinner time,I bought a small can of century tuna,ate the tuna with a slice of wheat bread. Added a piece of banana and a glass of juice.

I noticed some changes,my tummy became smaller than before.I do not feel bloated like before.I am hoping to continue this in the next few days.
