My 28-day plan diet. Fifth day.


Today is my fifth day . Just the same,I had eaten a piece of banana and a glass of slim-fast shake.For lunch,I ate potato,1 leg of chicken and a piece of pork with a cup of broth.Sliced banana as dessert.No rice .Iced tea for my drink.
For snack, I ate a pack of skyflakes crackers( 3 pieces) and a glass of slim-fast shake.I went to church with a friend.Since I invited her,I was obliged to eat in Jollibee.A piece of chicken with spaghetti.Sundae as our dessert and a large coke. This is over my target,approximately 1754 calories for the whole day.
