My 28-day plan diet. Eight day.


I took cereals as my breakfast.( Nestle cereals with non fat milk).For lunch,I made a sunny-side up egg with sliced hotdog.I ate the egg,hotdog with a wheat bread.I was not able to take my snack for I had something important to do.I went to my sister's house,I granted the invitation to have my dinner there.I took 4 tbsp. rice,''tinola'' viand and half cup of coke.It was raining hard.I went home and drank a cup of coffee.This is approximately 914 calories.
