My 28-day plan diet.Tenth Day.

In the morning,I ate a piece of banana.And a glass of slim-fast shake. Lunch time came,I consumed slices of pork,slice of wheat bread,sunny side up egg and a soup of broth.
During snack,I ate hotcake, a cup of coffee.Dinner time, just a four tablespoon rice,small fish,three dice of tocino and a half cup of soup. A piece of banana for dessert.And just a glass of water.
