My 28-day plan diet.Eleventh Day.

For breakfast,a glass of slim-fast shake and a piece of banana.Lunch time came,I ate four table spoon of rice,soup. I went out in the afternoon,I went to eat Jollibeeburger and a glass of cola.Dinner time came.I consumed a piece of chicken and a cup of coleslaw.
